The Glitch List (theglitchlist.com) is operated by Jalvart Studio, based in Barcelona, Spain. By purchasing or using any product on this site, you agree to these terms.
2. What we sell
We sell downloadable software tools, code libraries, and data utilities for algorithmic trading on Hyperliquid HIP-3, plus a hosted Discord alert service (GMX Liquidation Alerts). Products are sold either as a one-time purchase (lifetime access to that version of the download) or, for GMX Liquidation Alerts, as a monthly-renewable service.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing sold or delivered by The Glitch List, including alerts, tools, data, or calculations, constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Our tools are informational and educational. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
4. License to use our tools
When you purchase a downloadable product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own trading or development purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the source code or files without our written permission.
5. No warranty
Our tools are provided as is. While we test everything we publish, we do not guarantee they are free of bugs, or that they are fit for any particular purpose. Where a product page states a specific limitation (for example, an untested end-to-end pipeline), that limitation is part of these terms.
6. GMX Liquidation Alerts specifics
This product delivers access to a private Discord channel. The first order is a free 7-day trial. After the trial, access is renewed monthly by placing a new order; if you do not renew, your Discord access is automatically removed. This service runs on our own infrastructure with no uptime guarantee (SLA).
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jalvart Studio and The Glitch List are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from the use of our products.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
